All Subduction products are made to order ensuring that you receive the freshest product possible. Generally, all packages are shipped out within 2 business days after the order has been received and payment has processed. Occasionally we may experience higher than expected order volume which may delay shipment up to 5 business days during these times. We do our best to keep fulfilment time to a minimum and promise to get your order out as quickly as possible.

All orders placed through the Subduction web site include FREE SHIPPING.

This free service is for ground transport and includes tracking. Typical transit time is between 2-7 days depending on location. Faster shipping is available as a paid upgrade and typical transit time is 1-4 business days depending on location. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order so you can monitor it's status.

WE GUARANTEE the delivery of the product you paid for.

We consider product received once the shippers tracking system updates the status as delivered. If an item is confirmed lost in transit and not delivered, we will replace and reship the item at no charge.
